The project in the Science and Technology Star Program is a broader and deeper stage for Wei Bei. This project not only provides financial support for the selected candidates, but also allows young science and technology workers to go out and exchange ideas at the international frontier labs; let internationally renowned scholars come in and transfer advanced technology and ideas to domestic research teams.

At the same time, the Science and Technology New Star project regularly organizes various forms of academic exchanges, bringing together young scientists and technicians from different research fields and research directions to exchange ideas and exchanges, thus generating more research ideas and inspiring more. The scientific research spark can jointly carry out more research and expand the breadth and depth of our research.

Being selected as a new technology star is a silent spur to her; the title of technology star is a heavy responsibility for her. To become a qualified new technology star, we must constantly strive to go to this field. At the forefront, becoming the leader in the field, can be the title of innocent technology star! Therefore, after she was selected as a new technology star, she and her mentor jointly developed a training plan. I hope that after three years, I will improve myself and train myself. I will grow, improve, and change after three years. The young research team will enable the future team of science and technology to continue to grow and make this career a better development. In the past three years, her idea of continuous practice has first achieved personal improvement and advanced study at Ohio University in the United States. At the same time, she has created various opportunities for retraining and re-education for team members to enable younger research work. The people are growing fast.

At the end of the Science and Technology New Star project, she and her research team published 13 papers, 5 scientific research projects, 1 young research backbone and 1 young technician; and Ohio University and Southampton University Establish the intention of cooperation projects, improve the research capabilities and improve management capabilities through the three-year science and technology star project. He has served as a member of the First Youth Committee of the Chinese Association of Preventive Medicine's Birth Defect Prevention and Control Committee, and the Deputy Secretary-General of the Hearing Health Group of the Children's Health Branch of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association. The first member of the group, the editorial board of the Chinese Journal of Hearing and Speech Rehabilitation, and other social part-time jobs, was approved by the Beijing Health System for high-level health and technical personnel training program (the backbone of the discipline), and was appointed as the Beijing Institute of Otolaryngology party branch secretary.

In the process of implementing the Science and Technology New Star project, she gradually realized that the highest level of scientific research is not to work hard in the laboratory, but to convey professional knowledge and scientific research results to the general public through various forms. As a scientific researcher in the new era, as a new technology star, she feels that she has the responsibility to do a good job in science work to improve the health awareness of the masses.

In addition, she also promoted some popular science articles through self-media methods, such as on Weibo and WeChat, so that more people know that deafness is not terrible. We have scientific methods to help deaf people recover or Regained hearing.
