Scarlet, Georgia, was born prematurely for three months, and her hearing was damaged by the use of antibiotics during her intestinal problems. Recently, Scarlet put on a hearing aid for the first time. When she first heard her sister Halie say hello to her, Scarlet smiled and giggled.

When Scarlet heard the voice of her mother behind her, she turned and showed a pleasant expression. Mother Carol saw this scene also shed tears of excitement. Carol said, "This is one of the best days of our lives."

It is reported that the hearing aid is provided by the Atlanta Hearing Association, and Carol said that without the help of these technologies, she did not know how Scarlet could hear her voice.
